Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration. Preferably in Human Resource Management.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• School

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 24 years
• Proficient in Bangla and English
• Good at Communication and Coordination.
• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Excess, Power Point.
• Mentality to achieve the goals through team efforts.
• Good team player, well organized, initiative and detail oriented.
• At least 1/2 years experience in Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities & Context

• An energetic and knowledgeable HR/Admin who would assist in managing various HR and administrative functions.
• This can include employee relations, performance management, and general office administration.
• HR Executive may work closely with Management, HR Head, Administrators, and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the HR and administrative departments.
• Prepare and supervise all HR-related letters, such as appointment letters, offer letters, job descriptions, letters of confirmation, and letters for enhancement, performance appraisal, induction, and orientation. Staffing of all departments, concerns, and companies as per the company's requirements.
• Assist in creating and designing organizational development strategies. Handling employee grievances, employee relations, and counseling.
• Assist in the development of strategic HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Prepare different reports, presentations, organization charts, and HR-related analyses.
• To coordinate all recruitment processes to ensure timely selection and placement of the right person in the right place.
• Experience in the Human Resources Management (HRM) as well as any other job as assigned by the superior.
