Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• IT Enabled Service, DTP House, Call Center, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 45 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area ICT.
• Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
• Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
• Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
• Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
• Computer skill.
• HRIS/ HR Database Management.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for employees welfare, leave management & other safety matters.
• Have to communicate with workers regarding entrance in time, starting work in time & issues of health and safety.
• Responsible for maintain employees personal file & updating & lefty letter issue.
• Responsible for daily absent counselling & report maintain.
• Ensuring daily worker’s disciplined face punch while they are leaving office.
• Ensure that every worker is getting Appointment letter, ID card.
• Any other related task assigned by the management.
