Requirements

Education

1. Masters degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking.

Experience

• At least 5 years

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure day to day the accounts department's activities.
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Prepare and submit various accounts related report as per the requirement of the management.
• Monitoring bill, voucher preparation & posting to the system.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in preparing budget and budgetary control.
• Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements.
• Preparation of other need-based reports according to Management order
• Maintain & prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
• Ensuring that proper accounting methods, policies, and principles are established and enforced.
• Bank Reconciliation, petty cash management, CS preparation
• Prepare monthly and yearly budget variance analysis report.
• Prepare monthly budget & review variance analysis & report to management.
• Monitoring fund position on daily basis.
