Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:

• Manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and SEO.

• Execute email marketing strategies and mass messaging campaigns to engage and grow our customer base.

2. Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels (chat, email, phone).

• Address inquiries and resolve issues for customers, ensuring a positive experience.

3. Sales Mindset:

• Identify and execute upselling opportunities to boost sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. English Fluency:

• Communicate fluently in English to cater to foreign customers, particularly in e-commerce and healthcare sectors.

5. E-commerce & Healthcare Understanding:

• Have a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and healthcare industries to effectively support our clients and contribute to strategic initiatives.

6. Organizational Skills:

• Keep customer and campaign data organized for efficient reporting and follow-ups.

• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing across major platforms (Meta, Google, X, TikTok).

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.

• Experience in e-commerce and healthcare sectors.

• Sales-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and driving growth.
