Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience

• At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in animal feed especially in fish feed sale.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high level of integrity.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing- Fish Feed & Cattle Feed.
• The candidate should be Smart, Self-motivated, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
• Good leadership, execution skills and can-do attitude & able to work under pressure.
• Must have own motorcycle with valid driving licence.

Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
• Operations include Fish Feed Customers / Farmers, Fish Farm, visit to expand Fish feed sales
• Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.
• Advise farm owners about general care, how to use feed at the farm. Searching and expansion of new markets.
• Achieving area/ regional sales and recovery as per the target set out by the company.
• Searching and expansion of new markets.
• Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
• Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
• Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
• Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
