• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
• Proven experience in copywriting and digital marketing.
• Strong command of both Bangla and English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context

Copy Editing:

• Develop engaging and persuasive content in Bangla and English for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all copy aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Content Strategy:

• Plan, create, and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Develop and execute content plans

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive growth.
