Requirements

Education

ACA from ICAB; MBA/BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from any reputed public/private university

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Public Sector Financial Management including training design & stakeholder engagement would be preferred in this role
Good interpersonal skill
IT skill and competency of written communication in both English and Bengali are essential

Responsibilities & Context

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced officials, willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the following positions.

Functions: Implement the strategic direction & action plan; Design activity plan for training programs on various aspects of PSFM; Communicate and assist the resource persons in conducting training programs; Identify employment opportunities for participants, maintain liaison with government agencies and other stakeholders; Communicate with the resource pool and help them in devising and developing certificate courses, workshops and course materials respectively; Prepare and present reports on various issues from time to time; and any other task as assigned by the authority.
