Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphics Designer INTERN, you will collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website visuals. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in graphic design and contribute to various design projects while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website visuals
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and design briefs
• Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality and creative designs
• Support in developing and maintaining visual brand guidelines for consistent branding across all communication channels
• Ensure that all design materials are in line with the company’s branding and visual standards
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging and effective visual campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance design quality
• Take constructive feedback from the team and make necessary design revisions
• Assist in maintaining an organized library of design assets and files
• Meet project deadlines and deliver designs within the given timelines
• Collaborate with other team members and contribute ideas for design improvements and innovations

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualification: Master Degree

Requirement & Skill:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
• Understanding of visual branding and marketing concepts
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs for various mediums including print and digital
• Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and guidelines
• Knowledge of file formats and optimization techniques for different platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles (optional)
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques

Educational Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Sc. / M.Sc. in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
• Technology background would be a plus.
• HSC or equivalent candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Skills Required: Computer skills, basic networking knowledge.
• Training / Trade Course: Graphics Design, Computer, Excel, Microsoft word.
• Good Communication skill in Bengali and English.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure.
