Product designer (ux/ui)

Role: Product Designer (UX/UI)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors and pain points.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Create user flows, journey maps and personas to inform design decisions.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and technologies.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design and interaction design.

- Ability to create detailed wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Salary: 3,60,000 BDT - 6,00,000 BDT per year, negotiable based on experience.
