• Maintain TDS challan copy.
• Collect acknowledgement & certificate from Tax office.
• Provide necessary documents as per superior's requirement for Tax assistance.
• Maintain all necessary VAT related documents as per requirement of concerned government authorities

Responsibilities & Context

Asst. to submit the various returns within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Companies Act, 1994 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies &Firms (RJSC) and withdrawn of the certified copies of those. Asst. to manage tax, VAT, advance tax payment, tax return filing to final tax settlement of the company Checking the supplier bill for TDS & VDS clearance Provide clearance TDS & VDS calculation to the Purchase Order (PO). Maintain & monitor Sales & Purchase registrar 6.1 6.2 & 6.3. Reconciliation (Debit & Credit Analysis) the Bank statement for audit report purpose. Prepare necessary documents as per superior's requirement for VAT & Tax. Submission of monthly VAT return to the concern VAT authority of the company. Posting the export & Import Bill of Entry to the VAT online system. Monitor monthly TDS & VDS deduction from the applicable heads Half yearly Withholding Tax Return Submission for the company Submit VAT returns and other documents to VAT authority on time. Prepare VAT Challan according to approve price.
