Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Bachelor of Arts (BA), Diploma in Commerce in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Design/Printing/Publishing
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.
• Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.
• Formulate the policies like business /trade policy, credit policy, Sales/Trade incentive policy, etc.
• Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance,
• Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
• Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.
• Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors' strategies.
• Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
• Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
• To be responsible for increasing market share by building a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers.
