Personal assistant

Sheltech Ceramics is a manufacturer of premium wall and floor tiles. The factory is situated in Bhola, covering 55 acres of land with a production capacity of 10,000 sqm/day. It is the newest venture of Sheltech Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh having more than 30 years of business experience.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
• Performing project-based work as assigned.
• 
  

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience within a Executive Assistant role, ideally within the Industrial industry.
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• Female candidate preferred.
