Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications (CA, ICMA) will be an advantage.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts or finance.
• Prior experience in a construction or engineering company is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Maintain and oversee financial records including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit documents.
• Analyze financial data and provide accurate financial information for decision-making.
• Support in cash flow management, forecasting, and budget control.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for all financial documents.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT and tax returns.
• Assist in payroll management and financial projections.
