Education

• Major in Economics and Trade
• Foreign Degrees will get high priority.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Telecommunication, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Deep knowledge of Mobile industries Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation & Welfare Expert. This role is essential for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees through effective compensation and welfare management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer competitive compensation plans and incentive programs.
• Oversee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee.
• Implement and manage employee welfare initiatives such as wellness programs and work-life balance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Address employee queries and issues related to compensation and benefits.
